All visitors of our site agree that by accessing this site, they are subject to and accept the following terms and conditions, as well as any other applicable laws associated with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site. When this document refers to ‘you’ or ‘your,’ it means you, the consumer. Paradise Health and Supplements may be referred to as ‘us’ or ‘we.’ This document, along with your decision to comply, represents a contract regarding product supply between you and us.

Transactions

All transactions conducted on this site are in Australian Dollars. If you are underage, you cannot place online orders from our store. By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are over the legal age of 18. If, under any circumstance, Paradise Health and Supplements suffers financial loss due to a transaction completed by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation from the parent(s) or guardian(s) deemed responsible for the order.

Orders

Orders can be placed using our online store. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you have questions regarding an order, please contact us through any preferred platform: complete the online form in the 'Contact Us' section of our site, call us on 0408 039 989, or send us a DM on Instagram or Facebook. We aim to respond promptly to all messages.

Once your order is received and confirmed by Paradise Health and Supplements, you will receive a confirmation email. This signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed in this document. Orders may be fulfilled via shipping, in-store pickup, or, in some cases, personal delivery by our team.

If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. We strive to provide a personalised service and satisfy your needs to the best of our ability.

Paradise Health and Supplements reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, or make changes at our discretion.

Payment Methods and Processing

We accept Credit Card payments through our online store, as well as Zip Pay and PayPal. Payments can also be made via direct deposit.

Orders paid via direct deposit will not be processed until full payment is received. Please include your order/invoice number in the transaction description. Orders cannot be processed without this information.

Orders placed on public holidays will not be processed or shipped until the next business day. Weekend orders may be processed but will not ship until the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).

We may request further identification for security purposes.

GST

All prices on this website are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified. Items that include GST and the total GST paid will be clearly marked on the invoice.

Pricing

We aim to list all products at competitive prices. Price matching with other stores is available, provided the item is in stock and not part of an exclusive promotion or collaboration. Paradise Health and Supplements reserves the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Products

Your chosen products are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we will email confirmation and tracking details.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided for faulty products. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return. We will provide either a replacement product or a credit toward your next purchase.

Delivery

Shipping is free within Australia for orders over $100. Delivery charges for international orders will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. If delays occur, our customer service team will contact you.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or a courier service chosen by us.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Fully insured postal services requiring a signature must be requested at the time of ordering; additional fees apply.

  • Once dispatched, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • We recommend that your delivery address is staffed during business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm). If no one is present, a delivery slip will be left for collection arrangements.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Products Damaged in Transit

Orders may be delivered by Australia Post or our nominated courier. Australia Post Express satchels are not insured; damage, loss, or theft is at the purchaser’s risk. Fully insured services, such as Australia Post Registered, must be requested at the time of ordering. Our courier company fully insures deliveries but cannot guarantee against all damages during transit.

Faulty Products

We supply the highest quality products. Occasionally, goods may be faulty due to manufacturing defects. Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours for replacement or credit.

Limitation of Liability

All information on this website is provided 'as is.' We disclaim all warranties or conditions, express or implied, including fitness for purpose or satisfactory quality, to the extent permitted by law.

We make every effort to ensure the information on this site is accurate and current but do not guarantee completeness or correctness and accept no liability for errors or omissions.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or endorse them.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services, website content, or linked websites.

General

You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without prior written consent. Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of remaining terms.

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974, liability for breach of non-excludable warranties is limited, at our discretion, to replacement or re-supply of the product or payment of the cost of replacement.

Failure to enforce a Term does not constitute a waiver of that Term.

Paradise Health and Supplements reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. No employee or agent has authority to vary these terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control and are entitled to a reasonable extension of time to perform our obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
