Refund policy
Product Returns
On the rare occasion that a product shipped to you is faulty, we will replace it. Please notify us immediately via email or through the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website. Include photo evidence and a description of the damaged goods in your correspondence. If we are unable to replace or exchange the damaged product, we will provide a full refund, including shipping fees.
For general exchanges, we are happy to assist. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days, and items must be returned unused and unopened. Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items. Please note that shipping costs for general exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
If a product is listed with incorrect information, such as price, description, or other errors, Paradise Health and Supplements reserves the right to cancel the order. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued under such circumstances.
